Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Empowering Conversations Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by ECE Training Solutions ("Sponsor").

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

• Are legal residents of the United States;

• Have a valid email address; and

• Meet all other requirements described in these Official Rules.

Employees of ECE Training Solutions, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official Giveaway entry form located on the ECE Training Solutions website during the Giveaway Period.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing a product, training, or service from ECE Training Solutions will not increase a participant's chances of winning.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Empowering Conversations: Reflective Prompts for One-On-Ones

The prize includes one deck containing 80 ultra-gloss conversation cards designed for preschool directors and early childhood leaders.

Approximate retail value: $24.99.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will take place after the Giveaway closes.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor's decision is final regarding all matters related to the Giveaway.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be mailed to the verified winner at an address provided by the winner.

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the United States.

The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that is lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the winner.

9. Personal Information

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, and for other purposes disclosed in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree to provide accurate information necessary to administer the Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the Giveaway, submits fraudulent or automated entries, or otherwise acts in a manner that compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ECE Training Solutions and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform unless specifically stated otherwise.

13. Acceptance of Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
